Returns & Refunds Policy

At Smartech Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery under the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return products within 14 days if:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
The item is in the same condition as it was received.
You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Please note that returns are accepted only for sealed, unused devices.
Once a smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device has been unsealed, activated, or used, it cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact us through our contact form or email orders@smartech.com.cy, including your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our team to approve your return and provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or exchanged, depending on availability.
Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or a defective product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices that have been unsealed, activated, or used.
Software, digital downloads, or activation codes.
Personalized or special-order items.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
