All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT as required by Cyprus law.
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely via JCC and Revolut.
We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment details.
Orders are considered confirmed only once payment is received in full.
In rare cases of pricing or stock errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery is handled by ACS Courier (pickup or door delivery).
Smartech Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors beyond our control.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available only within Cyprus via ACS Courier.
Pickup is available from ACS pickup points or our store in Nicosia.
Pickup (ACS Point-to-Point): €2.50 (incl. VAT) – delivered within 1 working day after dispatch.
Door-to-Door Delivery: €3.50 (incl. VAT) – delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Customers must inspect items upon receipt and notify us immediately of visible damage.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is delivered by the courier.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days as per EU consumer protection laws.
8. Warranty
Products come with a 2-year warranty under Cyprus and EU consumer law.
If your item develops a fault within this period, please contact us for repair, replacement, or refund options, depending on the case.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, text, graphics, and logos on this website are the property of Smartech Electronics (A&P LEORIC LTD) and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
